The Victoria Youth Clinic Society (VYC) is a not-for-profit organization that provides integrated and comprehensive primary health care services, including mental health and addiction care for youth aged 12 to 24 years. We are a team of dedicated and skilled youth-focused professionals that includes doctors, nurses, counsellors, psychiatrists, outreach workers, youth support workers, a parent support worker, wellness navigator and administrative staff.
We are a drop-in clinic, so no appointment is necessary and you don't need a Care Card but let us know if you want help finding one. Counseling and psychiatric assessments are appointment based, however. You will need to be referred by one of the clinic docs for these appointments.
We are open Monday thru Friday and have a lab technician with us on Wednesdays if you want to get some blood work and/or STI testing done.
We want to respond to your needs and preferences for health care and we work hard to understand what is unique about you and make it easy for you to get the health care you want.
Foundry Victoria brings health and social services together in a single place to makes it easier for young people to find care, connection and support.
